2 cups of soaked almonds
2 cups water
½ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
(or ½ vanilla bean seeds)
3 medjool dates (remove the pits)
1 frozen banana
Soak the almonds 6 to 8 hours and drain. Place almonds, water, nutmeg, vanilla and dates into the blender and blend. Pour the blended mixture into a nut milk bag or through a paint stainer mesh. Squeeze the bag until all the liquid is removed. Pour the liquid back into the blender and add the frozen banana and blend again. Serve and ENJOY!
