Spinach Apple Soup
==================
1 bag of spinach or 2 cups tightly packed
1 apple, peeled and chopped
½ cup water, plus ¼ cup water to thin if necessary
Juice of ½ lemon
Dash salt
½ ripe avocado, chopped
 
Place everything except the avocado and ¼ cup water in the blender and process until smooth.  Add avocado and process.  Add additional water if necessary.
Serve cold.
